LeeFest is back with their latest incarnation Neverworld. The Peter Pan inspired festival invites revellers into a kingdom of music, party and wonder, set in the grounds of a beautiful forest just 40 minutes from central London. The festival hosts performances from chart-topping names as well as emerging talent over 11 stages and 24 hours of music and partying, guaranteeing it will be a weekend not to be missed.
Headlining alongside the already announced Clean Bandit is alternative rock-pop band Bastille, who after playing LeeFest in 2012 are back for a rare festival appearance at Neverworld this summer. The BRIT Award winners and Grammy nominated four-piece will bring their alt-indie offering to this perfect setting for an unforgettable performance that is set to include classic songs such as ‘Pompeii’, ‘Of the Night’ and ‘Good Grief’.
Across the weekend, Neverworld encourages festivalgoers to join one of three magical realms; The Mermaids Lagoon , The Neverwoods and Skull Ridge, with each realm giving festivalgoers a chance to live their wildest dreams and join the mermaids, lost boys or pirates in a space where they can let themselves go like never before.
Join the mermaids at The Beach for sunny beach games, disco and garage nights with Percolate, Denis Sulta and Hammer, Vegas style The Strip or drag club The Rainbow Rooms. Enter The Neverwoods to join the lost boys at main stage The Fortress featuring Bastille, Clean Bandit, Declan McKenna and Tom Grennan, The Circus Stage to discover new music or Wendy’s House Stage for secret acoustic sets, spoken word and stand-up comedy. Join the pirates of Neverworld in the Skull Ridge at The Goldmine, a disused gold mine filled with beats and bass by RAM Records, Sub Focus and My Nu Leng, attend secret rock and punk shows in Hooks Rock or go to Gentleman Starkeys for risqué comedy, spoken word and burlesque.
