Based on the novel Legally Blonde by Amanda Brown and the 2001 film of the same name, the story has now taken on a new shape in the form of a musical by Heather Hach. With music by Laurence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin, this musical version the cult classic sees Elle Woods hitting the books after her boyfriend dumps her, to prove that there is more to her than just a nice pair of shoes. With the help of her friends and a couple of reality checks along the way, Elle learns to be smart and fashionable, and that boys aren’t everything. A feel-good, fun-filled musical sure to entertain all.
